Congratulations to Bakehouse artist Thomas Bils, one of three artists selected for the eighth annual NADA Acquisition Gift for PAMM. This acquisition gift, presented by The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) and Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), provides funding for PAMM curators to acquire artworks from NADA Miami for the museum’s permanent collection.

Bakehouse artists Juan Luis Matos, Monica Sorelle, and Robert Colom were awarded the SFFILM Grant, which distributed $543K in funding to filmmakers, for their film Three Islands.

Bakehouse artists Josh Aronson, Lauren Martha Bouza, Nicole Combeau, Christine Cortes, Diana Espin, Isabella Marie Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia, Katelyn Kopenhaver, Martina Tuaty, and Cornelius Tulloch are featured in the new publication from O, Miami: Literally Everyone’s Invited: An Ode to South Florida. This vibrant collection celebrates the 10th anniversary of the ZipOde, a playful, place-based poetic form, and includes poems and photographs by over 450 South Floridians. The collection will be fully released in Winter 2026.

Bakehouse artist Isa Marie Garcia recently presented PARIS CITY OF LIGHTS, a pop-up streetlamp exhibition featuring over 100 images on three lamp posts under the Square du Vert Galant in Paris, France.
