Sandra Ramos

As an artist I feel happy to be able to develop my own language to communicate in a more essential and intuitive way aspects of humanity that are difficult to express in other disciplines. My work is therefore a kind of diary of life: a visual compilation of thoughts, experiences, and sensations, closely related to a collective life context and my concerns on how contemporary individuality is influenced by socio-political avatars and historical manipulations. Art is for me at the same time freedom and commitment, a force that helps us live more fully, to be attentive to our world and to transmit our experience and knowledge to future generations.
