Bakehouse Art Complex Membership
A Bakehouse Art Complex membership offers wonderful benefits, enriching activities, and opportunities for involvement. As a member, you can take part in exhibition openings,lectures, and special events, including activities for families. You also receive the newsletter, monthly calendar, and special rates for many programs. Leadership level members receive additional benefits.
Thanks to the generous support of its members, the Bakehouse has been serving the needs of local artists for over 20 years. Your membership helps sustain the founding arts institution in the rapidly growing Wynwood Arts District where all programming is still open to all free of charge. Membership dues benefit curatorial programs, exhibition openings, and art education programs for tenant and affiliated artists as well as local area children. All donations are fully tax deductible.
Membership Types
Individual | $45
Membership Includes:- Invitations to all exhibition openings and fundraising events
- Invitations for two to Member's preview reception one hour prior to opening receptions
- Subscriptions to eNewsletter and quarterly calendar
- Free reciprocal membership annually during February's Museum Month to over 15 museums through Miami-Dade County, including the Bass Museum of Art, Historical Museum of South Florida, Miami Art Museum, Wolfsonian, Miami Children's Museum, Jewish Museum of Florida, Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami, and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, etc.
Family | $100
Covers up to two adults and their children under 18.All of above, plus:
- Priority enrollment for children's art classes
- Invitation to annual Family Day at the Bakehouse
- Invitation for two to the Quarterly Breakfast at the Bakehouse events
Supporter | $250
All of above, plus:- Annual recognition in newsletter and on website
- Complimentary copy of exhibition catalogues published during membership
- Discounts at selected art supply and framing shops (call for list).
Benefactor | $500
All of above, plus:- Invitation for two to tours of private collections and museums
- Framed historic poster of facility or exhibition
Collector’s Circle | $1,000
All of above, plus:- Tickets to prominent South Florida art fairs including Art Basel and Art Miami
- Recognition on the Commemorative Donor's Wall
- Private group tours of facility and exhibitions (upon request)
- Invitation for up to six to Meet the Artist receptions
- Opportunity to participate in Bakehouse collector exhibitions
New Founder’s Circle | $5,000
All of above, plus:- Hand-crafted appreciation gift by tenant artist
- Opportunity to sponsor a prize in annual juried exhibition
- Private VIP reception in Main Gallery during exhibition of choice at cost (schedule permitting)
President’s Circle | $10,000
All of above, plus:- Corporate logo included in all printed materials
- Opportunity to host exhibition of artist works in corporate headquarters/offices
- Use of entire facility for private corporate event at cost (schedule permitting)
Additionally, naming gift opportunities are available beginning at the $10,000 level.
